Arpana Maharjan

Hi I'm Arpana, I'm an Architectural Designer here at Vesta Design

I grew up in Kathmandu, Nepal, a country rich in architectural and cultural diversity. The temples, pagodas, and various structures around me always fascinated me, sparking a deep interest in building and design. Watching my architect cousin work on her projects further fueled my curiosity, and I soon realized that I wanted to pursue architecture as a career. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture followed by a Master's in Construction Management.

In April 2025, I joined Vesta Design as an Architectural Designer. What I love most about the job is the challenge of problem-solving how a home comes together, and the collaborative process of working with a team to bring those solutions to life. I truly enjoy working at Vesta, my coworkers are fantastic, and my boss is incredibly supportive. It makes a huge difference to work in an environment where people genuinely respect and encourage each other. In the past, my coworkers have described me as knowledgeable, hardworking, and reliable, and I hope that’s something my team at Vesta would say as well.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, tending to my plants, watching movies, and being with my family. I’m a big fan of sci-fi series like Stranger Things, and animated movies like Tangled and Frozen—the latter of which I’ve watched countless times with my daughter!
