Lynn Shukitis

Hi, I’m Lynn, an Architectural Designer here at Vesta Design.

I’ve always believed that someone’s home is such an important space.  A place for someone to live, to build memories, unwind, and be themself.  As an architectural designer at Vesta, I enjoy bridging the gap between function and beauty.  I love working with clients to create something that is unique to them.   The design team at Vesta is great at collaborating and is not afraid to think outside the box.  It’s fun to come together to find design solutions that you can’t wait to show the homeowner!

I began my career in interior design, which fed my love for art and architecture.  I quickly learned that my passion also included building construction and the process of putting a structure together.  I like to organize and plan as well!  Therefore, I also obtained a degree in construction engineering and management.  The marriage of those two fields brought me to becoming a residential architectural designer.  

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside in nature - mostly hiking, camping, and kayaking.  My husband and I have been married for 20 years, and we have a son and a daughter that keep us very busy with sports!  When we are not at a game, we enjoy planning trips to explore new places.  A few of our favorite trips include eating lobster and blueberries in Maine, seeing the cattle drive at the Fort Worth stockyards and finding shells in Dunedin, Florida.
